Ladies, are you ready to embrace the beauty of nature, refresh your mind, and connect with an incredible community of women?

Join us for a peaceful yet invigorating swim at Kenwood Ladies’ Pond in Hampstead Heath!

Open to experienced wild swimmers as well as first timers.

Cost is: £4.80 (without a season pass) which you will pay at the pond. Card payments are accepted.

Meeting Point:

Meet at 9:10am outside of Roni’s Bakery Hampstead (44 Rosslyn Hill, London NW3 1NH). The 46 bus stops right outside Roni’s Bakery (Pilgrims Lane Bus Stop).

What to Expect:

-Expect a beautiful 20-minute walk through the Heath from the station—wear appropriate shoes!

-Basic but private changing rooms and toilets available

-A lifeguard on duty (first-time swimmers might need to check in and get a quick safety talk)

- A quick swim, depending on water temperature – anything from a brief plunge to a few minutes, or up to 20 minutes if it’s warmer

What to Bring:

✔️ Bathing suit (plus a plastic bag to carry it home)
✔️ Towel
✔️ Flip-flops (optional)

✔️ Card/phone for payment (Amex isn't accepted)
✔️ Warm clothes for afterward (a hat, hoodie, or warm coat will feel great post-swim!)

Post-Swim Coffee:

Afterwards, we will walk out of the Heath together and head to Roni's Bakery Hampstead (44 Rosslyn Hill, London NW3 1NH) for a warm drink and a great chat.

Come as you are, bring your swimsuit, towel, and card/phone for payment and let’s "jump" into something refreshing together!
