SJWWC Photography and Media Policy The St John’s Wood Women’s Club may take photographs or videos during Club events or meetings for the purpose of promoting and documenting Club activities. These photographs or recordings may be used in:
Images will be used respectfully and will generally feature group settings such as events, gatherings or activities. By attending Club events, members acknowledge that photographs may be taken and may be used for the purposes outlined above. If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please inform the event organiser or contact the Club in advance and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. The Club will not sell or share images with third parties for commercial purposes.
