Guided by Ayurvedic health expert Pia Ahmad, you’ll learn a simple daily routine that combines the power of breath and gentle yoga to restore balance and energy. Pia is the founder of Elemental Ayurveda London (https://www.elementalayurveda.co.uk/), a natural holistic health and wellness practice based in North London.
This practice is designed to reset your nervous system, create calm, and help you step into each day with clarity, steadiness, and vitality. Practical and accessible, it can be easily woven into busy lifestyles and is supportive for all ages and levels of experience. Think of it as your go-to daily reset whenever life feels hectic.
No prior yoga or breathwork experience required.Please come on an empty stomach (allow at least 1 hour after eating) and bring a yoga mat.
